I always thought genetics was the issue and then I found Brad and then it was more the awareness of the facts that I was just not eating enough and eating consistently. Always have been skinny struggled with weight gain.

I’ve joined many gyms and tried it solo and then lost interest with not really knowing anything about using the equipment, what to even use when I’m there, i would just jump on random machines with no real reason or focus on specific muscle groups. Tried watching youtube video tutorials but they only get you so far. Gave up each time.

What were the results of working with Bradley?

As soon as I found brad through the gym I joined at the time, we instantly got along, a day or 2 later i had a workout plan/app and food plan. Within 2 weeks i was gaining weight.

The best thing was how easy it was, with my lifestyle working with Brad just took all the effort out figuring out what i need to do at the gym and what i need to eat.

Lack of discipline, accountability and direction. I knew I was capable but needed the knowledge and accountability from a coach.

I’d dieted up and down but never stuck to it. Didn’t monitor calories, binged and gave up. This along with inconsistent training meant a few months I’d throw the towel in.

22kg weight loss, self accountability, toolkit to keep me on track. I feel a new man through it not just in how I look and feel but how I eat and lifestyle.

Having someone to talk to and keep me disciplined through the not so easy phases. Calories dropped and I struggled but Brad was always there to motivate.

Do it! If you want results and to make those changes I wouldn’t delay. The more you put it as a tomorrow / next week activity the less likely it is to be done. Honestly the best decision I’ve made.

Just a massive thank you for believing in me when I had self doubts. It speaks for itself that I’ve committed another 6 months to build and then cut again. What started as a weight loss journey has become a new passion of continual improvement.

Before working with Brad, I was making progress but it was very slow and inconsistent. I was also struggling with my energy levels throughout the day

I tried the ‘military diet’ which did help me lose weight, but it was very extreme with cutting calories and therefore wasn’t sustainable so I put a lot of weight back on

Honestly the best thing about this journey has been that Brad is more than just a trainer; he genuinely cares about you as person and about how your life is going. He wants to help in any way he can and working with him hasn’t just helped me achieve my fitness goals, but it has improved almost every aspect of my life to no end.

What was the problem you were experiencing before you started working with me?

Before I started working with Bradley I had just done a cut and was looking to bulk but I had no idea where to start and I was scared to increase my calories and I was really low in confidence, I was also lacking structure with my eating and gymming in general!

Previously I lost 3st through dieting and gym and had good results following that but I felt my knowledge only went so far so I didn’t know where to go next. It also wasn’t the healthiest diet as I just ate very little calories and was obsessed with the scales.

What were the results of working with Bradley?

I am so happy with my results from working with Bradley, I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in, I feel I’ve grown so much muscle in the last 12 weeks, all while successfully staying fairly lean, I have gained some body fat but not as much as I would of if I had done it alone.

What was the best thing about it?

The best thing about working with Bradley is the knowledge I’ve learnt from him along the way and the endless support he’s given me, gym wise and life wise. I am mentally so much better, I track my food in a healthy way and I don’t obsess over my scale weight. I am truly just enjoying the process.

I have been training in the gym for 6 years now and I was in good shape. After covid, I put on weight and lost muscle. And I just could not lose the weight and put muscle back on.

Well, after I spoke with Brad, I could already see that he is professional and generally wants me to achieve my goals. After putting in the work, the results were noticed in 2 weeks. But not just by me by a lot of people I know.

If you do decide to work with Brad. You need to put the work in. He can’t change you only you can. It’s not an easy ride in the beginning, but the results are worth it.

I there was no routine, all my work friends are really overweight so it was easy to eat junk food..
Used to have 2 Greggs a day, then at home have at least 4 takeaways a week..

II have lost weight in the past by eating healthy and going to the gym, but I just looked skinny and didn’t really build any muscle..
I didn’t know nothing about balance so was probably burning too much and eating too less.

What was the problem you were experiencing before you started working with me?

I have always been skinny and light no matter what I eat but always wanted to build muscle and feel more like a ‘man’. A lot of men are in an opposite position to me with wanting to lose weight but I found it hard to put it on and be able to train my body at the same time.

Have you previously tried anything else to achieve your goals? If so, what?

I have tried on numerous occasions to go to the gym and do the right thing but always felt lost walking in. Not knowing what machine does what and had no confidence to push myself to try new things. Every time I gave up and thought that the body I wanted was just unachievable.

What were the results of working with Bradley?

Immediately after starting with Bradley I could tell that this time was different. I now had all the knowledge of someone who is genuine and incredibly knowledgeable about every part of training and nutrition.

What was the best thing about it?

I think the best thing was feeling like the information I was getting was genuine and tailored exactly to me. He is always available for messaging for reassurance and guidance and to give you an extra push.

What are three other benefits that they’ve enjoyed as a result of working with Bradley?

The results. This is a long term lifestyle that I want to be able to maintain alongside my life and Brad made this very evident from the get go. The things he implements aren’t outrageous – they are achievable and if you stick with it then the results speak for themselves.

The confidence. Being smaller and thinner I struggle with confidence within myself and being able to grow muscle and see changes has boosted my confidence massively both internally and externally.

Feeling healthier. I sleep better, I eat better, I have more energy. Just about everything in my life has become more enjoyable because of a small decision to commit to Brad.

What would you say to anyone considering working with Bradley and would you recommend it? If so, why?

I couldn’t recommend working with Brad enough. It’s the easiest and more rewarding way to change so many things in your life. It was hard to know what I needed to feel more confident and look the way I wanted but Brad has shown me and given me the tools and knowledge to take control of those things. The journey isn’t over either – I can’t wait to see more changes over the next few months where Brad is challenging me more to push myself to places I didn’t think we’re attainable for me and I couldn’t be happier.

What was the problem you were experiencing before you started working with me?

Over Covid I put on about 2 stone in weight and afterwards I found I was really weak, prone to injury and had no fitness at all. Being in a metal band known for high energy performance I noticed that I was struggling to get through a 30 minute set without getting jelly legs and just feeling utterly knackered. I also found I’d get out of breath really easily and started getting constant shoulder and knee issues.

Have you previously tried anything else to achieve your goals? If So, what?

I signed up to the Nike fitness app and tried some of their programs at home but couldn’t get through more than a week or two before giving up. They just weren’t really for me.

What were the results of working with Bradley?

Since working with Brad I’ve built up muscle whilst trimming down some of the lockdown fat. I was always underweight until the world ended so turning the blubber into functional mass (muscle) has made me more confident and just feel stronger and more energetic.

What was the best thing about it?

I feel a lot more confident in my own skin and energy the gym more than I ever thought I would. I saw it as a chore but over time I’ve realised it’s great and a proper mood booster and Brad has helped me to realise that.

What would you say to anyone considering working with Bradley and would you recommend it? If so, why?

Brad has helped me immeasurably. He isn’t afraid to have the difficult conversations and give you the hard truths when you’re not pulling your weight and always holds you accountable in a positive and constructive way. He’s flexible in his approach and will work around your life as well as helping you tweak your day to day habits to improve organisation and just make you feel good about yourself. Seriously, have the consultation call with him and see what he’s about because I’m sure he’ll be able to find a plan to suit you.

I’m so grateful to Brad for everything he’s done to push me. He’s helped me when my mental and physical health were both in the gutter and I wouldn’t be where I am at least in part to his support. I won’t be giving up his service any time soon!

What was the problem you were experiencing before you started working with me?

Before having Brad’s support, I pretty much had no structure or plan for how I was exercising. I was continuously draining myself and failing to make any progress, as I had no proper understanding or reasoning for how I was training.

Have you previously tried anything else to achieve your goals? If So, what?

I had previously tried following other plans which I found online or tried to put some together myself, but I never found a plan which worked comfortably for me at the time and I didn’t have the confidence to try new routines/exercises, or to say to myself “I’m doing this right”. I never quite managed to get to that stage, and that’s what brought down my mood and enthusiasm with working out.

What were the results of working with Bradley?

Since having Brad’s support, the biggest change is being able to physically see myself progressing from session-to-session, which has also boosted my confidence and make me feel better about what I’m doing when working out. I’m more organised and have a routine which works for me and that I’m comfortable doing, so that now I’m enjoying it more each time that I come to the gym.

What was the best thing about it?

The best thing has been getting more into a routine and having a plan in place to follow on a weekly basis, making me more engaged and aware of what I’m doing during the week and ultimately making much more enjoyable to exercise and active day-to-day.

I’ve enjoyed the 1-to-1 sessions with the style of coaching and knowledge which Brad shares for helping me progress, the tailoring of the workouts and weekly schedule to suite me and fit around my daily life, and his overall support in making me believe in my ability to progress and encouraging me to push myself during every workout.

I would 100% recommend Brad as a coach to anyone, he’s extremely flexible with tailoring things to suit your current level and the direction you’re wanting to go. He provides a great level of encouragement and has been great to work with from start to finish.

What was the problem you were experiencing before you started working with me?

I had a really unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, I’ve had PTs before and got so far, then I always slipped back into my shit mentality, always going 2 steps forward, 5 steps back. Brad helped break me out of that mentality. I was a heavy drinker, I’d made the decision to stop drinking the week I had my initial chat with Brad, if he didn’t give me that ultimatum at the end of the first call, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Have you previously tried anything else to achieve your goals? If so, what?

I have had PTs before, dieted, deficits, all the fad diets you can imagine, even considered weight loss surgery for quite some time (glad I didn’t do it in the end!)

What were the results of working with Bradley?

I have a healthy relationship with food and exercise, with moderation and life in general. Brad instills a mentality that makes you not punish yourself for falling off the wagon for a day, as long as you know you’re ready to get straight back on it. It’s an 80/20 lifestyle and you still have to enjoy life at the end of the day.

What was the best thing about it?

In all honesty, the banter and the support, I wasn’t 100% sure how I’d get on, first male PT I’d had. We instantly got on like a house on fire, pure banter and just a BRADgood laugh all the time, I need to be told in a blunt and honest way, I told Brad that the first day and he’s always kept to it, straight, upfront honesty and support.

I look forward to my results, I don’t dread weigh days or gym sessions, it’s given me drive and excitement to see how much further I can go considering how far I’ve come. I get constant comments on how happy and healthy I look.

Brad knows what I want and he keeps it at the forefront of my plans, I’m a business owner, I work a lot and have two kids and a husband at home, Brad always appreciates that I can’t always put training first and gives me other things to prioritise so I never feel like I’m slacking.

What would you say to anyone considering working with Bradley and would you recommend it? If so, why?

Do it, if you’ve even considered it, you’re ready to do it. If you’ve ever looked into it out of curiosity, you’re ready, it’s an investment in yourself, one I will never regret. I remember when I first signed on, my husband rolled his eyes (I’ve done this plenty of times before, signed up to something, paid and then made excuses), I told him it felt different this time and I’d prove him wrong, 6 months later, 3.5+ stone off and down 3 dress sizes later I’m pretty sure I’ve done that and more.

Invest in yourself, you’ll never regret it. Brad is gonna always be a part of my life, he’s helped transform me mentally, physically and emotionally, that’s not someone you ever forget.
